BOOKING POLICIES

All new clients booking a facial treatment are required to complete a consultation before or alongside their first treatment. This allows us to assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, review your current skincare routine, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your individual needs.

A $100 consultation fee is due at the time of booking. This fee will be credited toward an eligible treatment and applied to your service balance at checkout.

Consultations are an essential part of your SKAIL experience, ensuring each treatment is thoughtfully selected and customized to your skin’s unique needs.

A deposit is required for all online treatment bookings and will be applied toward the total service cost. Clients who rebook their next appointment in person at checkout are not required to pay a deposit at that time.

Any remaining balance is due at the time of service. Deposits and applicable consultation credits will be deducted from the total service cost.

By providing a payment method at booking, clients agree to the payment terms and any applicable cancellation or late-cancellation charges disclosed during the booking process.

SKAIL values the time reserved for each appointment and prepares each service specifically for the scheduled guest experience. To maintain scheduling availability and provide the highest level of care, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In these instances, the card on file may be charged for the remaining service balance after the deposit already paid. Full prepayment may be required for future bookings at SKAIL following a no-show or same-day cancellation.

SKAIL observes a strict 15-minute grace period. To respect the time reserved for each guest and the schedules of both our clients and our providers, clients are expected to arrive promptly for their appointments.

Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling at SKAIL's discretion. If the remaining appointment time does not allow for the scheduled service to be performed safely and effectively without impacting subsequent appointments, the service may be declined and the deposit forfeited.

Modified treatments may be offered at SKAIL's discretion when time permits. If an appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a new deposit will be required to secure the next appointment. Exceptions may be made at SKAIL's discretion.

To maintain a calm, relaxing environment for all guests, teens aged 12 and older may accompany you to your appointment.

Children under 12 may not accompany clients unless arrangements have been confirmed in advance with Elle. If you need to bring a younger child, please reach out by email or Instagram DM before your appointment so we can discuss accommodations.

Your skin health and safety are always a priority. Please disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, current skincare products, recent procedures, and changes in your skin’s condition during your consultation.

Isotretinoin (Accutane): SKAIL does not perform facial treatments or brow services involving waxing on clients currently taking isotretinoin. Brow waxing is also not performed for at least six months after discontinuing the medication. Other services may be postponed or declined based on your skin’s condition, the specific treatment, and applicable safety guidelines.

All treatments are subject to an assessment of suitability. SKAIL reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary to protect your skin’s health or address contraindications.

Please follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by SKAIL. Failure to follow appropriate preparation guidelines may affect treatment eligibility or require adjustments to your service.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the booked service and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

Consultation fees are credited toward eligible treatments as described in the consultation policy. Applicable deposits and consultation credits will be reflected in the final service balance.

Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your experience or treatment, please contact SKAIL directly so we can review your concerns.

Any exceptions, adjustments, or service credits are determined at SKAIL's discretion, subject to applicable law.

SKAIL is committed to maintaining a respectful, comfortable, and professional environment for every guest.

We ask that all clients respect scheduled appointment times, communicate any relevant concerns in advance, and treat the space and everyone in it with consideration.

SKAIL reserves the right to discontinue or decline services when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

By booking an appointment with SKAIL, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies.
